Every month begins with a consultation to discuss your goals, review your progress, assess your schedule, and plan the month ahead. Your training stays aligned with your life.
Completion ASSESSMENTS
Monthly follow ups or completion of contract (if client wishes), we assess your progress, celebrate your wins, and identify areas for continued focus. This monthly checkpoint keeps you on track and provides valuable data to inform next month's programming.
20 Custom Workout Sessions
Receive 12 personalized workout sessions + 8 mobility & movement days, designed specifically for you. Each workout builds on the last, creating progressive overload and continuous adaptation. That's 3 quality training sessions per week, perfectly balanced with your sport and recovery needs.
